When are galleries deleted?
Galleries will be automatically deleted if they aren't used on any auction for more than 4 months. Before we delete them we'll send you an e-mail, so you will be able to extend your galleries for another 4 months.
You can extend your galleries anytime - not only when you receive the above e-mail. Go to the list of your galleries, sort it by Expiration (here is a link), select galleries to extend, and click "extend gallery expiration" (the link is below the list).
For each gallery you can set whether you want us to send you the expiration e-mail (edit the given gallery and select the first tab). This can be also set in your default settings.
Summary: You can extend your galleries whenever you want. If you use them on some auctions they will extend automatically and you don't need to do anything.
